Our Projects

​In October 2021 we received funding from BeatFreeks, an agency that supports young people in getting their voices heard. The funding came with the conditions that we use it in 28 days to have a positive impact (very groovy, right?), and so operation print and distribute our resources began! We printed 200 copies of an A3 poster on Diversifying your Bookshelf, 250 copies of a leaflet on Deaf Awareness, 200 copies of a pocket guide to accessibility, and 200 copies of our chronic illness from me and my friends to you and yours resource. So far, copies of these have found homes in hospitals, with youth workers, and schools.

They are completely free and all we ask in return is a few lines on why you want them/what impact you think they will have.

The Dear NHS project is about pulling together the experiences of young people with the NHS (the amazing, the bad, the everything in between!), and we will publish these as a collection. You can do your “Dear NHS” contribution in whatever format you think best allows you to say what you want to say- whether that be a written letter, a photograph, poem, piece of artwork, or anything else! We love variety.

We came together as a community and virtually travelled the length of Britain - 874 miles ! We wanted it to be as inclusive and accessible as possible so miles were be made up in any way (don't worry - running is NOT required!) and so we encouraged any kind of movement or personal challenge. We  spread the word of the work LUNA does and raised some funds through sponsorships! Find out more about it by clicking this link.
